Service Area: We currently serve anywhere within 35 miles from Downtown Austin and can go North as far as Temple/Killeen. Further jobs need to be at least $600 in value or will incur a trip fee depending on the distance.
Hours of Operation/Availability: We’re available every day of the week. We can almost always accommodate same day requests as long as we can do the job outside business hours, when most of our pre-scheduled cleans are happening.

A move-out cleaning is a thorough, top-to-bottom service designed to leave your home spotless and ready for new tenants. Unlike standard housekeeping, it includes detailed tasks like cleaning behind and under appliances, inside ovens and refrigerators, removing and cleaning light fixtures, and hand-wiping blinds. These tasks require a specialized skill set, significant physical effort, and often take 2-3 times longer than a regular maintenance clean—making a professional service essential for the best results.
You can expect to pay our base pricing if the home was regularly cleaned is free of pet hair. Jobs that require extra time are most often ones where pets have been living in the home or there’s been a tenant (especially long term) that didn’t regularly clean the home.
